The founder, Irene Iwerebon RN, BSN PHHC, has been conducting medical missions in several states in the USA, and multiple outreaches in North America since 2015. In 2018 The Xanderena Foundation was birthed with the intent of using these humanitarian experiences to serve in Nigeria.
